Privacy Notice

Who we are. Bexleyheath Locksmith, a mobile locksmith service for Bexleyheath and the surrounding area. You can contact us on 020 3757 5689.

What we collect and why. When you use the contact form we receive the details you type in — your name, phone number, email address and your message. We use them for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry and arrange the work you asked about. When you call us, we use your number to call you back about your job.

What we never do. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or send newsletters. We only pass details to the locksmith handling your job.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up about the work, then they are deleted.

Cookies. The site works without cookies. With your consent we set one optional analytics cookie (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can decline it on the cookie banner, and the site works exactly the same.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask us what details we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct them or delete them. Call or write to us using the details above and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
